After revealing her Origin Story, Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2 will receive a new gameplay trailer showcasing Sojourn’s abilities. It will premiere at 11 AM PT along with a new community Q&A on Twitch (where the development team should provide more details on her kit).
A few details about Sojourn’s abilities have been previously revealed like her cybernetic legs that allow for sliding. Her primary weapon is an assault rifle of sorts which contains 40 rounds in each clip and has a decent reload time. But the main attraction is her railgun that fires a massively damaging shot with enough charge.
While it can be charged manually, firing with the primary mode and landing critical shots can also charge it. How damaging it will be – and how her Ultimate works – remain to be seen. Sojourn is also included in Overwatch 2’s upcoming closed PvP beta on PC taking place on April 26th. Those selected for the test can try her out along with the new maps, Push mode and reworks for various characters like Doomfist.
