Persona 5 Celebrates Its Long Awaited Western Launch With Stylish New Launch Trailer

Wake up, get up, get out there.

Posted By | On 04th, Apr. 2017

At long, long, long last, Winter 2014 is here- Persona 5, the long awaited next entry in Atlus’ beloved franchise, launches in North America and Europe today, almost ten years after Persona 4 launched in the west, and after multiple delays and a lengthy development and localization cycle. The wait was all worth it, of course– and now, Atlus wants to get the word out with this stylish new launch trailer for the game.

The trailer is light on spoilers (it mostly seems to be showcasing some mechanics, and early game footage), but extremely high on style (which is true of the entire game), set to one of the best pieces of music (for anyone curious, this one is called Life Will Change– Instrumental)- so feel free to check it out below.

Persona 5 is out on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 exclusively in North America and Europe today; currently, the game is the second highest rated game of the year, and the highest rated PS4 exclusive (not counting remasters) of all time.
