Persona series - Xbox

Atlus has released many high-profile titles over the past several months, from Persona 5 Tactica to Persona 3 Reload and Unicorn Overlord. It also has Studio Zero’s Metaphor: ReFantazio out later this year, but in 2025, rumors indicate that the next mainline entry in the Persona series could finally launch.

According to insider Midori, Persona 6 began development in 2019 alongside Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica. Its color theme is “green”, though how the plot reflects this remains to be seen. For reference, Persona 5’s color palette is red, while Persona 4 is yellow, and Persona 3 is blue.

Though Atlus has yet to announce the title, it’s rumored to have a semi-open world with more fluid (and less restrictive) Social Links. Persona 6 is allegedly coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and even the Nintendo Switch 2 (which is also yet to be officially announced). Stay tuned for a potential reveal in the coming months.
