PlayStation VR2 is Now Available

The VR headset retails for $549.99 and includes a 4K dual OLED panel, eye-tracking, new Sense controllers with haptic feedback, and more.

Sony’s PlayStation VR2, the next-gen VR head-mounted display, is now available worldwide. Retailing for $549.99, it features a 4K dual OLED panel with 90 Hz and 120 Hz support. It also features eye-tracking, foveated rendering and new Sense controllers with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

PlayStation VR2 launches with dozens of titles, including Horizon: Call of the Mountain, Resident Evil Village VR, No Man’s Sky VR, Moss Book 1 and 2, Gran Turismo 7 VR, and more. Additional titles are coming after launch, including The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution, and so on.

Though rumors indicated Sony was slashing shipment forecasts due to disappointing pre-orders, the company officially confirmed that production will not be reduced.
