Sea of Thieves

There isn’t a whole lot known about Rare’s Sea of Thieves, a shared world action adventure title for Xbox One players with a pirate setting, but there’s already a fair amount of hype. As Rare’s “most ambitious game” ever developed, it has executives like Kudo Tsunoda swearing that it will be the studio’s best game till date (which is no small thing considering Rare’s backlog).

However, those seeking more information on Sea of Thieves will have to wait until next year. Xbox marketing team lead Aaron Greenberg stated as much on Twitter, which is interesting considering that the game tentatively releases next year.

Sea of Thieves will release on the Xbox One and could also head to the PC. What are your thoughts on the game based on its limited content shown thus far? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information in the coming months (not like anyone has a choice).
