Continuing with its promotion of Resident Evil 4 Remake, Capcom has released the second episode of “Leon and the Mysterious Village.” Nippon Animation’s parody series features joyful anime visuals contrasted against the macabre storyline. Check it out below.

The latest episode is about Ashley promising Leon to stay close to him. As anyone who’s played the original will tell you, this can be difficult since Las Plagas cultists and Ganados constantly kidnap her. Cue Leon to save the day, which ends up hurting him again and again, until he’s covered head to toe in bandages. At least he still has one eye free.

Resident Evil 4 Remake launches on March 24th for Xbox X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Pre-loads are available on Xbox Series X/S and should be live on other platforms soon. It has received extensive critical acclaim – our official review scored it a perfect 10. A demo is available containing the opening segment with a hidden extreme difficulty included.
