Resident Evil Umbrella Corps Receives First Gameplay Trailer

And it looks...hmmm.

 Resident Evil Umbrella Corps
Capcom has finally unveiled the first gameplay trailer for Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps, its cooperative multiplayer shooter set after the events of Resident Evil 6. It looks…intriguing, for the most part. Check it out below.
In Umbrella Corps, players will team up with other operatives as part of two different, competing corporations trying to dig up the former Umbrella’s dirty secrets. This means exploring various hotspots which are more often than not teeming with zombies.
Players can take cover behind various objects in either third person or first person and will have a Zombie Jammer to prevent attacks from the undead. This acts as a double-edged sword though – you can disrupt enemy Jammers to make zombies attack them but your Jammer is also open to being disrupted.
The melee combat looks…odd. For the most part, it seems to function more as a series of QTE events than actual combat but we’ll wait for more information on the same.
Umbrella Corps will be out in early 2016 for PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on it? Let us know in the comments.
