Interesting weekend to tease something.

Saints-Row-The-Third

Well, it’s here. This weekend is the kick off to E3, the biggest video game convention out there. A lot has leaked – a lot but there’s always surprises, always teasing. Could one of those surprises be a new Saints Row? If not, it sure seems like they’re using the opportunity to tease something.

On the series’ official Twitter, they posted a GIF proclaiming “Praise Genki” over and over, a strange character from the last two games. It highlights the weekend for super Saints Row fans. It may not seem like a lot, but when you consider what this weekend it is, clearly they want you to think something here. You can see it below.

The series has been somewhat absent since 2015’s Gat Out of Hell. There’s been a few re-releases, like the recent remaster of the third game on Nintendo Switch, but we haven’t seen a new entry in a while. Is it time for a fifth? We’ll just have to wait and see.
