Soulcalibur 6 Raphael

Even if it’s one month away from release, Bandai Namco continues to reveal characters for Soulcalibur 6. This time around, it’s the rapier-wielding Raphael, who relies on quick strikes and kicks to throw his opponent off while going for the killing blow. Check out his gameplay reveal below.

Raphael joins a fairly loaded cast, which includes Ivy, Kilik, Voldo, Talim, Taki, Astaroth, Seong Mi-na, Xianghua, and many more series greats. New characters include Grøh, Azwel, and The Witcher 3’s Geralt of Rivia. While players will battle through the Soul Chronicle mode, revisiting events from the very first game and unearthing secrets, they’ll also use the custom character creator in Libra of Soul mode for an array of different challenges.

Soulcalibur 6 will be releasing on October 19th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Depending on its sales, this could be the last Soulcalibur game in a while, so here’s hoping it reignites interest in the franchise.
