Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition - Oro

Oro and Akira are now available in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition, joining Dan and Rose in the Season 5 Pass. However, the most recent update added a mode that’s free for all players – Online Tournament. This allows for setting up custom tournaments with other players and fighting until there’s only one left standing. For a deeper explanation, check out the video below.

Tournaments can have up to 64 players in the single and double elimination format. Regulations allow for 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 battles with the options to toggle Health recovery, Critical Gauge recovery, V-Gauge Advantage and so on for tag battles. In terms of preferences, you can set different hardware, prioritize players nearby and even set a range for specific rankings.

If that weren’t enough, certain characters can be restricted from a tournament entirely. Tournaments will also run automatically, which means no micro-management is required. Overall, it’s a fairly robust multiplayer offering and should make organizing competitions that much easier.
