It’s been almost five years since Ivory Tower released The Crew 2, and it’s received extensive support with post-launch updates, seasons, and cosmetics. The developer is now teasing something for January 31st at 9 AM PST, in response to a tweet predicting the sequel was coming this year.

The Crew 3 is rumored to be called The Crew Motorfest. Codenamed Project Orlando, it was supposed to be DLC for The Crew 2 before becoming its own game, as per insider Tom Henderson. He reported last year that it has a new driving engine and would be a reboot for the series. Dataminer @ScriptLeaksR6 also spotted the branding and logo for “Motorfest” via in-game license plates, billboards and more.

The same datamining indicated an announcement this week, so this recent tease lines up. Ubisoft also said it had a “large” unannounced premium game launching sometime between 2023-24, so it could very well be The Crew Motorfest. As always, so stay tuned for more details.
