The Division 2

We’ve already been able to learn quite a few details about Ubisoft’s upcoming sequel The Division 2. Now, some new details have been revealed about the customization system in the game, which will be quite different from what we saw in the previous game in the series.

Brand sets will be added to this game which will significantly affect gear sets and builds. Basically, how Brands work is that owning a certain number of pieces of a particular brand unlocks some great bonuses. This encourages players to go after items of the same brand. Furthermore, players may come to prefer one brand over another because some of them come with certain talents which may suit the player’s particular playstyle. Keep in mind that brand sets are not the same as gear sets, but gear sets are still present in the game.

You can check out more information on this new feature in the video below. The Division 2 is set to release on March 15, 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. You can check out a video by below to learn more about brand sets.
