The first raid for Ubisoft Massive’s The Division 2 is now live with Operation Dark Hours. Promising a tough challenge for eight players (lack of matchmaking being the first), the raid will test the limits of player builds and cooperation. How do you go about preparing though?

Thanks to a new video from Ubisoft, you can find out how to get raid-ready. It’s essentially a quick guide for hitting the endgame and obtaining a Gear Score of 490. For the raid itself, based on playthroughs thus far, Enemy Armor Damage and Damage to Elites are going to be your friends.

Also make sure to come prepared with the Sharpshooter’s sniper for even more damage. Operation Dark Hours promises to reward those who persevere. Along with new gear sets, there’s an Exotic Assault Rifle called the Eagle Bearer that only be obtained by finishing the raid. Stay tuned for more details on it, including any potential changes and patches, in the coming days.
