The King of Fighters 15 kicked off its second season of post-launch content in January, adding Shingo Yabuki to the game’s roster of fighters. Over the course of the coming months, the game will add five more playable characters as part of Season 2, with Kim Kaphwan set to be the second of its six total additions, and SNK has now released a new trailer to showcase him in action.

Kim Kaphwan has, of course, appeared in numerous The King of Fighters and Fatal Fury games over the years, so fans will be familiar with his fighting style. A self-proclaimed champion of justice, he is a master of Taekwondo who’ll have plenty of precise and hard-hitting attacks in his arsenal. Check out the trailer below for a glimpse of his moves.

In addition to the new character, the upcoming DLC drop, which is scheduled for Spring, will also bring eight new music tracks to the game for free.

Meanwhile, SNK has also confirmed that Kim Kaphwan will be playable at its booth at Evo 2023 on April 2.

Following Kim Kaphwan’s addition, The King of Fighters 15 will also add Sylvie Paula Paula and Najd as DLC in Summer, with one unannounced character each set to arrive in Autumn and Winter.

The King of Fighters 15 is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
