Respawn Entertainment is drawing ever closer to the launch of TitanFall, it’s multiplayer-only first person shooter. A beta has already been announced for Xbox One and PC users several new details are being revealed beforehand on Twitter.

Firstly, have you been impressed with the three Titans showcased thus far? Good – because there are only three as of this point according to community manager Abbie Heppe. “There are not more than 3 titans. Bam! Knowledge :)”

Vince Zampella promised that unlike the alpha, there won’t be a restriction on gameplay videos that can be uploaded to YouTube for the beta.

As for the launch of the game itself, Zampella admits to the excitement but also wants it to go as smooth as possible. “Yes, but mixed with a bit of fear. We want the launch to be as smooth as possible. Beta should help.”

Considering the online launches we’ve had in the past six months, which ranged from the below average (GTA Online) to the outright horrid (Battlefield 4), we can’t say we blame him. TitanFall is out on Xbox One, PC and Xbox 360 on March 11th in North America and March 14th in UK.
