F.E.A.R.
The World War 2 shooter genre was the star of 2005 but there was one first-person shooter that stuck out from the crowd. Monolith Productions’ F.E.A.R. was renowned for its action and intelligent AI. However, no one could forget the terror, much of it coming from Alma, an invincible little girl roaming the hallways and popping up at the worst moments. Over time, we learned of Alma’s true form and the horrors that laid within but F.E.A.R. kept the action and story notes well-paced.
