Elite Dangerous
Compared to No Man’s Sky, Elite Dangerous is more about realistic space flight and a huge, open-ended galaxy to explore. There are hundreds of billions of star systems to see; various activities like mining, trading, bounty hunting and so on; and even factions and player roles. There’s even a persistent online universe that’s affected by player actions. Elite Dangerous has expanded all the more since its release with planetary landings, bases and multi-crew support – much more is planned for 2021 when the Odyssey expansion releases.
