Fallout 76
Fallout 76 serves as a prequel to the series by taking place in 2102. The bombs have dropped and the survivors of Vault 76 in West Virginia emerge to rebuild. Unlike previous Fallout titles, Fallout 76 won’t have human NPCs with backstories doling out quests. Furthermore, it’s completely online with support for single-player servers and mods coming post-launch. Fallout 76 is trying something new, emphasizing environmental story-telling and exploration while allowing a wider range of role-playing (and PvP). Releasing on November 14th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC, Fallout 76 will also have free post-launch updates and expansions supported via microtransactions.
