Xenoblade Chronicles 2
Monolith Soft may have fallen back on a few too many anime tropes for Xenoblade Chronicles 2. That being said, the journey of Rex and Pyra as they seek out Elysium, battling the likes of Torna and making allies along the way, is as epic as can be. The world is massive with oodles of side content and quests to engage in along with a nuanced (if at times overwhelming) battle system. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 may not scratch every RPG fan’s fancy and looks pretty subpar in handheld mode but it’s still a top-tier title for Switch.
