After you and GlaDOS gets separated, there is a  time where a bird just flies away with GlaDOS, however you do find her, in a nest, with a bird pecking away at her. However the original plan was to have a bird come in every once in a while and attack the potato and eat part of it, and GlaDOS was going to get stupider and stupider as you went along. However they eventually scrapped the plan. I’m glad they didn’t go with that one, because you just can’t make GlaDOS less than who she is.
