Trine 4 - The Nightmare Prince

Frozenbyte’s eagerly awaited sequel Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince has a release date. It’s out on October 8th for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Check out the latest trailer below to see what Amadeus the Wizard, Pontius the Knight, and Zoya the Thief get up to next.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince promises a return to the 2.5D platforming of the first two games following the disappointing Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power. Boasting the most complete experience in the series yet, Trine 4 features a revamped combat system, new skills, and much more. And of course, it wouldn’t be Trine without online and local co-op multiplayer.

If this is your first time playing Trine, then it might be worth getting Trine: Ultimate Collection. It’s out on the same day for the same platforms and compiles Trine Enchanted Edition, Trine 2: Complete Story, Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power, and Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince into one compelling package. Stay tuned for more details on Trine 4 closer to release.
