Uncharted 3 leaked gameplay video- here are some glitches you never noticed

Posted By | On 23rd, Oct. 2011

A new 6 and a half minutes long gameplay video, recorded off the screen, of Uncharted 3 has been released, as we all know. And yes, the game does look good. The textures are smooth and clear, animations are fluid and detailing is incredible, but we did come across several visual glitches in the video. You may not have noticed these glitches at first, but you don’t really expect a game like Uncharted 3 to have such bugs.

At 4:41, Drake has no shadow at all, whereas he does a second before and after that. You have to look closely, otherwise you won’t notice.

There were several other things that I noticed, like the shadow pop in at 5:47 and the lighting glitch from 5:03-5:05 on the lower wall.

But yes, these are some pretty small glitches, and you won’t notice them unless you look really close. The game still looks extremely good, and we sure hope Naughty Dog fine tunes such small bugs in the little time they have till the game’s release now.

Also pay close attention at 4:04, 5:24, 5:37 and 5:50. What’s up with that skipping? It doesn’t look like an issue with the video, rather the game itself. I’d hate to have such issues on my PS3 console.

Uncharted 3 has been getting very good reviews. It has already gotten three very positive reviews. Hell, even Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones, for those few of you who don’t know) thinks it’s awesome. We’re sure looking forward to the game.

Uncharted 3 releases on November 1 for the PS3. Stay tuned for more info. And tell us in your comments if you see any more glitches in the video above.
