Vampire Survivors - Legacy of the Moonspell

Developer Poncle has released a trailer for a new update coming to Vampire Survivors. Numbered at version 1.3.0, the update, titled Chaos Update, is coming to PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, iOS and Android on February 9.

Going by the trailer, several new features are coming to Vampire Survivors in the update, including the addition of new items, and new stages that pay homage to things like the 3D bonus stages from classic Sonic games. For players at the end game, the update is also bringing with it the ability to spend all your gold at once on the maximum number of Golden Eggs you can buy.

Curiously, the trailer only showcases new features for the first 25 seconds, with the rest of the trailer just being an overly-long sequence of buying the maximum amount of Golden Eggs.

Vampire Survivors is currently in the midst of being upgraded to a new engine, which is set to improve the game’s performance, especially in its later levels, up to speed. The game also has a DLC available, which was released back in December.
