Warhammer Vermintide 2

Fatshark is kicking it old-school with its next DLC for Warhammer: Vermintide 2, Back to Ubersreik. It’s bringing back three maps from the first game, but in a remastered form with new challenges. Check out the teaser below, even if it doesn’t offer much information beyond showcasing the locations.

The real question is, what kind of surprises will the developer throw at players? While the maps will certainly play out differently thanks to the Chaos and Skaven working together in the sequel, we have to wonder if there’s anything else beyond that. Either way, Back to Ubersreik is out in December and costs $9.99, if you’re interested.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 launched earlier this year for PC and had a pretty strong reception, crossing one million units sold in a short amount of time. It already had one paid DLC in the form of Shadows Over Bogenhafen, which released back in August. The game is currently available on Xbox One as well, though there’s no information on a PS4 launch, other than a 2018 release window.
