Wii U – Nano Assault Neo Trailer Takes the Shooting to a Micro-Organism Level

Twin-stick shooting on a sub-atomic level coming to the Wii U.

Nano Assault Neo brings some much needed shooter action to the Wii U. Shin’en’s new colourful, downloadable Wii U shooter uses a twin-stick-style format but also allows you to transmit the gameplay from the TV screen to the gamepad seamlessly for gaming on the go (or so we should hope).

Of course, you can also use the gamepad’s touchscreen to navigate the micro-organisms you’ll be shooting up. The gameplay itself harkens back to Robotech and Geometry Wars, but importantly, it looks like fun.

It’ll be released at launch on the Wii U eShop on November 30th.
