World War Z

Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have announced that co-op zombie shooter World War Z will be releasing on April 16th. You can pre-order the game now and avail of the Lobo Weapon Pack. It contains golden skins for the ARK-103 assault rifle, the Keris V10 SMG, and the 1911 Protector. You also get the double-bladed Lobo melee weapon.

Check out the trailer below, which contains the same zombie horde-slaying action that we’ve come to appreciate about the game in all of its pre-release coverage. With the promise of up to 1000 Zombies on screen at a time, the Swarm Engine offers a whole sea of the undead to deal with. Players will work together, choosing from six classes, and travel the world, fighting in locations like New York and Moscow.

Along with a co-op campaign, there will also be a “PvPvZ” mode. This competitive game mode pits two teams of four players against each other across a variety of modes. Of course, the “Z” means that zombies can rush in during the match, causing chaos in the process.

World War Z is coming out on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The PC version will be available exclusively on the Epic Games Store at launch.
