Xbox One Console Exclusive Below Won’t Receive Any New Info Unless The Release Date Is Finalized

Probably a smart idea.

Super Time Force Ultra developers Capybara Games announced rogue-like title Below as a console exclusive for Xbox One (and eventually the Xbox One X) at E3 2013, but since then, we haven’t heard a lot about the game. It was delayed “indefinitely” in 2016, and since then, we haven’t received any updates on the game. And it looks like that won’t change until such time the game has a proper release date for the developers to work towards.

Capybara Games recently took to Twitter, and when they were asked about any updates on the game, they reiterated their previous stance that they won’t be promoting the game and releasing any new updates until they were further along in the development cycle and had a firm release date in mind. They further said that as per them, it’s better to finish a game before sharing info on it.

They then went on to promise that the game will be “worth the wait”. You can check out their tweets below. And while it doesn’t look like we’ll be receiving any significant updates on the game anytime soon, we’ll still be waiting for word on the game’s release date. Stay tuned for more coverage.
