Xbox Series X

While doubts continue to circulate over whether the next generation of consoles will actually launch this year, Microsoft surges ahead. The Xbox Series X now has a pre-order page, though the console doesn’t have a price or release date yet. You can opt to receive an email when more details become available.

In the meantime, Microsoft’s next major event for marketing the Xbox Series X will be in July (though rumors also point to some kind of event in June). The company will reveal first-party titles by Xbox Game Studios and provide a much bigger showcase than the previous Inside Xbox. 343 Industries’ Halo Infinite has been confirmed for a gameplay reveal thus far.

The Xbox Series X is slated to launch in holiday 2020. Though the price hasn’t been announced, analysts like Wedbush Securities’ Michael Pachter suggest that it could retail for $400. As always, stay tuned for more details and announcements in the meantime.
