Xbox Series X

Of all the surprises at The Game Awards, not many expected to see what seems to be Xbox Scarlett. It’s actually called Xbox Series X and seems to resemble a PC tower. That is, if the tower was stylized like an Xbox One. Check it out below – it’s sleeker than you’d think.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer also took the stage to showcase a new title from Ninja Theory for the console, built to take advantage of the console. It’s Hellblade 2: Senua’s Saga and sees Senua making her long-awaited return. And yes, the trailer looks as disturbing as the original game, if not more.

For all the criticism levied against Ninja Theory for working on a multiplayer title like Bleeding Edge, this was perhaps the best possible response. As for the Xbox Series X, it releases in Holiday 2020. Stay tuned for more details and hopefully, more surprises from The Game Awards 2019.
