With its yearly Summer showcase out of the way, Xbox is now looking ahead to Gamescom, taking place from August 20th to 24th in Cologne, Germany. Besides confirming its attendance, it also revealed that the Xbox Fan Fest would return on August 20th.
Last year, the company broadcast for three days, providing numerous announcements and details. Titles included S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Age of Mythology: Retold, Towerborne, Avowed and Ara: History Untold. Of course, it also hosted Star Wars Outlaws, Atomfall, and other third-party titles and indies.
Thus far, Xbox has confirmed Gears of War: Reloaded for August 26th, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants for September 4th, and The Outer Worlds 2 on October 29th. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is also coming at some point, potentially in November.
Team Ninja’s Ninja Gaiden 4 could also appear ahead of its October 21st launch, since Xbox Game Studios is the publisher. Stay tuned for more details as we near Gamescom.
