miHoYo’s next big release, Zenless Zone Zero, will receive a Pre-Release Special Program on June 28th. The livestream “Welcome to New Eridu” will air on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook simultaneously. New Eridu, of course, refers to the home city that players explore in-game.
The development team will be on hand to provide details on the upcoming release. As is tradition, there will be redemption codes to redeem for use in-game, prize draws and release reward information. However, the team is also revealing some new Agents, the playable characters that Proxies can recruit.
Perhaps we’ll also learn about the entire roster available when the game launches, so stay tuned. Zenless Zone Zero is out on July 4th for PC, iOS, Android and PS5. It’s a free-to-play action RPG with gacha mechanics like Honkai: Star Rail and Genshin Impact. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, the story of humanity fighting back against the Ethereals and their Hollows from the perspective of multiple factions.
