Rockstar Games has remained steadfast in its silence on whether Grand Theft Auto V would be arriving for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Rumours and retail listings have been surfacing though and many figure it’s only a matter of time before Rockstar reveals the same (perhaps at E3 2014)?

Industry insider Ahsan Rasheed aka “thuway” gave his own thoughts on the same while mainly addressing the long in development Agent. “Rockstar still wants to make Agent but I have no idea if its in development. It’s founders “Dreamgame”- GTA5 PC/NextGen are also coming.”

Agent was originally meant to be exclusive to the PlayStation 3 but quietly disappeared after its initial announcement. Many sources say it’s still in development but there’s been no official word on the same.

As for Grand Theft Auto V, some predict that it could arrive first for PC while the Xbox One and PS4 versions arrive next year. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments below.

At this point, as a PC gamer, I must admit I no longer give a S*** about GTA V or any future continuation of the franchise.. They disrespected millions of fans by simply keeping their mouths shut for this long.. Even if the game comes out tomorrow, personally I would not waste a buck on it, after how Rockstar proved to me that they simply don’t give a damn about PC gamers….

Gamers, like you fail to understand Rockstar are a ”privately owned” company and have no legal obligation to as far as the petition is signed. Their responsibility is first and foremost to the shareholders and not to the internet.

    • Arnold Rimmer

Yes, but the only reason we haven’t seen it is because the console companies offered them so much to simply not release it for a long time for the PC, because people are less and less wanting to put money into a console nowadays, so they withhold certain titles hoping it’ll entice people to buy the system and Rockstar makes some extra cash by keeping exclusivity.

    • Josh Melton

What obligation does R* owe to a petition?

    • Josh Melton

Shouldn’t R* obligation be towards their shareholders?, the ones who funds them unlimited amount of money on their games. and not the internet with whiny fanboys like yourself..

So many issues they need to fix before worrying about bringing it to other systems.
