Barret’s Ultimate Weapon, Missing Score, is obtainable during the Raid on Midgar but requires having him in the party when dealing with the Sister Ray. Its special trait is dealing more damage depending on how much AP it has. This makes it fairly strong in the late-game (along with its other stats) but not having Barret in your party at the time means Missing Score can be, well, missed.
