Stranded Shackles
Head near the back of the coliseum on the west part of the map and descend downwards. Walk forward and you should see the collectible icon not too far away. These are the Stranded Shackles, another item that Norman Reedus was wearing in the initial reveal trailer for Death Stranding. Sadly, you cannot equip them and cosplay as Reedus nor surrender to the Machines.
