EA Sports UFC – Realistic Sweat
EA’s new UFC may or may not be a successful fighting game- the jury is still out on that one- but damn, is it a pretty one. All of the motion capture, which leads to realistic movements, the convincing expressions, the injuries that look so real, they’re all part and parcel of putting the player in the game, but EA Sports went a step ahead in this case with their attention to the smallest possible detail- sweat on the players’ bodies. They managed to make the sweat look realistic, further enhancing the illusion that these players are really getting tired and worked up as you continue to make them pack punches at each other.
