The Riftworm Escape – Gears of War 2
Gears of War 2 had its fair share of silly moments but they were still incredible in scope. Take the massive Riftworm, which swallows a King Raven containing Delta Squad, leading to our heroes shooting their way through its body to escape. The penultimate moment where the Riftworm’s last heart is destroyed as it emerges from the ground before landing, dead, is still awesome.
