Multiple Endings, Lots of Small Decisions
Multiple endings aren’t that bad when it comes to wrapping things up. But what about games with all kinds of endings, each requiring various small decisions to unlock. NieR: Automata is an excellent example – Endings A through E are earned by playing the campaign multiple times. Everything else requires failing at specific points in the story, like dying in the opening mission, removing your OS chip or even self-destructing inside of the YoRHa Bunker.
