Resident Evil 1 Remake

Resident Evil begins as most horror stories do; fleeing a horde of monstrosities into what appears to be a somewhat safe mansion. What set RE1 apart was its revolutionary cinematography and graphics at the time. The remake successfully translates the early PS1’s efforts into a true masterclass in horror direction. It’s difficult to pull ourselves away from exploring the atmospheric Spencer Mansion, especially with such charming moments like the ‘Jill sandwich’ and first zombie reveal.
