FALLOUT 76
With Fallout 76, Bethesda did something decidedly controversial, leaving behind the single player roots of the franchise and instead putting players into the middle of a shared-world, always-online environment. How effective it was is something that’s still up to debate, and will likely be debated for as long as the game is active. The one thing that cannot be denied, though, is that the world of Appalachia, in true Bethesda fashion, is massive, with a strong artistic style. Playing solo is a dull experience, but when played with friends, Fallout 76 can be fun, with a world that is larger than anything we’ve seen in the series.
