Game Overview:
Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is an action adventure video game developed and published by Sega. It is the final instalment in the series to feature Kazuma Kiryu as its protagonist.
Yakuza 6 is the first game in the series to be built on a new engine developed by Sega for PS4, called the Dragon Engine.
Sales for the series have been trending upwards since 2019, which is around the time that Sega began to add PC support.
A report reveals that Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi will be leaving Sega for NetEase Games, with negotiations being almost complete.
The Steam version goes live today at 9 AM PST.
