PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution
When considering the technology, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution is pretty nifty. It’s a shame then, that it’s causing image quality issues with several titles. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Alan Wake 2 are awaiting fixes; Silent Hill 2 remake seemingly removed it in favor of TSR; and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will provide an option to turn it off. There are plenty of titles where it works well enough, but this is far from the most ideal start for the tech.
