The Park
Lorraine has had a troubled life. Though The Park begins with her losing track of her son Callum in Atlantic Island Park, her past is quickly laid bare. Abused by her father and kidnapped while her mother stood by, Lorraine would suffer from depression after her son was borne and had shock therapy. It’s revealed that she ultimately neglected Callum, which seems to have led to his death. In the end, Lorraine is in a police station, seemingly reporting her son’s disappearance and yet doomed to keep revisiting the metaphorical park till her final days.
