Shara Ishvalda – Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
All throughout the marketing and publicity for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, Velkhana was front and center. It’s the newest Elder Dragon! It’s ice but also not quite nice! One trailer teased the Old Everwyrm but surely it was nothing serious right? As it turns out, Velkhana was just the gatekeeper – Shara Ishvalda is the true final boss, covered in boulders and eventually shedding them to reveal its horrifying visage beneath. And that’s before it threw Spirit Bombs and created earthquakes.
