Containing the Outbreak – Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain
When a parasite epidemic breaks out in Mother Base’s Quarantine Platform, Snake is sent in to investigate, attempting to locate the source of a transmission and find out why this new outbreak has occurred. However, it’s then made clear that the infected can’t leave the enclosed building. This results in Snake having to gun down his own men. At one point, the staff salute Big Boss and tell him to decide their fate. As the massacre ends, Snake wanders the halls, eventually dropping to his knees at the utter horror of it all.
