Sephiroth Kills Aerith – Final Fantasy 7
From the very beginning of Final Fantasy 7, Aerith was special. As a simple flower girl trying to survive in Midgar, Cloud and company treat her as a friend and close ally. So when she is subsequently killed by Sephiroth, time feels like it’s stopped. Eventually, Cloud places her body in the nearby lake and she drifts to the bottom, returning her to where she truly belongs.
