The earliest release on this list, Dreams is also the game we’ve known about longest. Having been in development for years, Media Molecule are finally ready to push it out into the hands of creators the world over, and there’s a lot of cause for excitement. Dreams’ suite of creation tools is staggeringly large, and will only get larger over time, and the possibilities of what people the world over will use it to create are endless. Add to that a story mode and the fact that Media Molecule are committed to making sure Dreams grows and stays relevant for a long time to come, and what you’ve got is a game – if you can even call it that – that may just become one of PlayStation’s most important exclusives ever.
