It Takes Two
Perhaps the biggest gain from A Way Out is how it paved the way for It Takes Two. Cody and May are on the verge of divorcing, causing their daughter Rose to despair. One thing leads to another, and suddenly they’re dolls who must run, jump, sneak and battle through several insane scenarios. The rapid pace of the adventure, coupled with all kinds of fun objectives and exceptional visuals, helped elevate co-op gaming to new heights.
