Cuphead
Cuphead expertly hides its brutal bullet hell boss battles underneath its charming veneer of hand-drawn levels and characters. While it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, Cuphead can be a really enjoyable experience that’s all about learning patterns and performing the right moves to defeat the bosses. There’s just a distinct sense of achievement that you get when you beat a particularly difficult boss, and there are perhaps only a few games that can provide that feeling of pride and self-satisfaction.
