The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
A title that not only influenced open-world game design going forward, but remains one of the top-most standards for incredible quest design. And even if you ignore the sheer metric ton of secrets, treasure hunts, monster hunts, and secrets, there’s still an incredible narrative to unpack. What more can you say that hasn’t already been said about The Witcher 3? Play it, if you haven’t already.
