Don’t let the side-scrolling perspective and presence of mining and crafting fool you. Terraria offers procedurally generated worlds rife with secrets to discover, weapons to craft, bosses to slay and NPCs to encounter. You’ll fish and cultivate farms; visit the Blacksmith to constantly reroll items; battle horrifying beings en route to slaying the Pillars; and perhaps, maybe, face the Moon Lord himself. Terraria is a long but rewarding journey and there’s lots to discover in its open world.
